Product Overview
MyView is a lightweight yet powerful reporting layer designed for LDAP-based directory environments including OpenText eDirectory and Microsoft Active Directory. Developed by ProcessIT Global Pvt Ltd, MyView provides dashboards and exportable reports offering visibility into identity data such as users, groups, attributes, account status, and organizational structures. It enables role-based access and granular filtering for stakeholders including IT operations, helpdesk, security, and compliance teams.

PerpetualTerms of Use
The Customer shall use MyView solely for internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by ProcessIT Global Pvt Ltd.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
4.1 Grant of License
ProcessIT Global grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyView in accordance with the purchased license model.
4.2 Restrictions
Customer shall not modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the software.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of ProcessIT Global Pvt Ltd.
4.4 Termination
This agreement may be terminated upon breach. Upon termination, use of the software must cease.
4.5 Warranty Disclaimer
MyView is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
4.6 Limitation of Liability
ProcessIT Global shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
4.7 Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify ProcessIT Global against claims arising from misuse.
4.8 Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Support, Maintenance and Upgrades
Subscription licenses include standard support and updates during the subscription term. Perpetual licenses require an active annual support renewal to receive updates, upgrades, and technical support.
Data Privacy and Security
MyView processes directory metadata only and does not store credentials. ProcessIT Global follows industry-standard security practices.
Pricing and Commercial Terms
All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing is applicable for the Indian market only.
